• Text-to-Image generation using gpt-spicy-1
• Image-to-Image editing and transformation
• Cloud storage for generated images
• Credit-based payment system

3. User Accounts

Account Creation: You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use GPT Spicy. Users under 18 require parental consent.

4. Credits and Payments

Credit System:

• New users receive 50 free credits upon registration
• Image generation costs 20 credits per image
• Credits can be purchased through our pricing plans
• Credits are non-refundable and do not expire

Payments:

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Refunds are issued at our discretion for unused credits only

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use GPT Spicy to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Create deepfakes or misleading content about real individuals
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content that violates our safety guidelines
• Attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the service
• Resell or redistribute generated images commercially without proper licensing
• Use automated systems to generate images at scale

6. Content Ownership and License

Your Content: You retain ownership of prompts and uploaded images.

Generated Images: You receive a non-exclusive license to use images generated by GPT Spicy for personal and commercial purposes, subject to:

• Not claiming the images as solely human-created
• Following applicable laws and regulations

Our Rights: You grant us a license to process, store, and display your content to provide the service.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service
• Modify or discontinue features with notice
• Implement rate limits to ensure fair usage

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• GPT Spicy is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party AI model outputs or errors

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GPT Spicy harmless from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

10. Account Termination

By You: You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms
• Generate prohibited content
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the service or other users
